She dishes out eyebrow-raising advice to help you eat, sleep and enjoy a little passion in the bedroom.

So it’s no surprise that actress-turned-lifestyle guru Gwyneth Paltrow has produced a selection of Christmas gift guides on the pricey products you simply must buy for your loved ones this year.

Naturally, the lists feature her own Goop products — including the legendary This Smells Like My Orgasm candle (£69) — as well as bizarre items such as a ceramic pleasure point bong (£135).

Gwynnie’s ‘Ridiculous but Awesome Gift Guide’ features items so expensive that prices are disclosed only on request. These include a floating eco-luxe suite and a luxury tiger safari.

Unsurprisingly, Miss Paltrow, 49, has also compiled a ‘Lover’s Gift Guide’ featuring ten sex toys, including a £132 play paddle and a set of 24ct gold handcuffs (£389).

The actress encouraged her seven million Instagram followers to ‘get your gifting on’.

‘It’s our favourite day of the year at @goop . . . our world-famous gift guides are back,’ she wrote. ‘We’ve got something for everyone and it’s even more epic than usual.’

The guides come a month after the mother-of-two listed £979 worth of products to help with sleep.

She has previously offered advice on the Goop website on how to combat Long Covid — but was criticised by medical professionals for a lack of ‘serious science’.
