Tapper asks Biden about Trump possibly pardoning himself

In an interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper, President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris said that they will not tell the Justice Department what to do about the possible pardons President Trump has floated for himself, Rudy Giuliani and his adult children.
