The Hello singer, 32, impressed as she chatted in an American accent after Kate McKinnon attempted a dodgy English accent, saying: ‘So tune in! It’s fit to be wicked. I’m sorry! Bad idea. That was pathetic.’
Looking nothing short of sensational, the Brit sensation, who excused Kate’s gaffe with: ‘Oh my god! No worries, girlfriend!’, looked rearing and ready to go as she stood alongside show regular Kate and her musical guest H.E.R.
While introducing her musical guest, Adele seemed to hint that she will be performing as she said: ‘Or maybe [the musical guest] is me?’ – in what would be her first live performance in three years.
