Dakota Johnson, Olivia Colman and Ruth Wilson all looked incredible as they attended the premiere of The Lost Daughter at The Royal Festival Hall on Wednesday.

50 Shades Of Grey star Dakota, 32, ensured all eyes were on her as she walked the red carpet in a champagne long-sleeved dress.

The garment also featured structured shoulders and a sequined detail while the actress added height to her frame with a pair of heels.

Styling her brunette locks into loose curls, the actress also donned a pair of silver earrings.

Dakota, who is the daughter of fellow actress Melanie Griffith, looked every inch the movie star as she posed for the cameras.

Olivia, 47, who also stars in the film, cut an elegant figure for the event in a dark green dress with a houndstooth print.

The garment also featured long sleeves while Olivia paired it with black heels with a diamond embellishment.

Styling her tresses into an updo, she completed her outfit for the star-studded premiere with silver earrings.

Ruth, 39, caught the eye in  a blue off the shoulder top which she wore with a pair of matching trousers.

The Affair star carried a black clutch bag while she also sported a pair of white shoes.

Meanwhile, Jessie Buckley opted for a black sleeveless gown with a high collar and a tassel detail on the right sleeve. 

Adaptation: The Lost Daughter is a psychological drama written and directed by Maggie, and based on the novel of the same name by Elena Ferrante

The Lost Daughter is a psychological drama written and directed by Maggie, and based on the novel of the same name by Elena Ferrante.

The anticipated movie had its world premiere at the 78th Venice International Film Festival on September 3, where Maggie won the Golden Osella Award for Best Screenplay.

The film also received a four-minute standing ovation from the audience at the Venice Film Festival.  

It tells the story of Olivia, as Leda, a college professor, who while on a summer holiday, finds herself becoming obsessed with another woman (Dakota) and her young daughter, prompting memories of her own early motherhood to come back and unravel her.

The Lost Daughter also stars Peter Sarsgaard, Paul Mescal, Ed Harris and Oliver Jackson-Cohen.  

The film will be released on Netflix on New Year’s Eve after a two-week limited release in US movie theatres.
