Strictly Come Dancing heartthrob Tom Fletcher and his I’m A Celebrity winner wife Giovanna have sold their stunning five-bedroom family mansion, complete with a music studio, indoor cinema and walk-in pantry, for £2.5million. 

The ex-McFly popstar and Giovanna are set to net a £1.1million profit from the sale of their gorgeous three-storey pad in Northwood, Middlesex, which has almost rocketed in value compared to the £1.4million that Tom paid for it fifteen years ago.

It will be a busy few weeks for Tom, who will now have to juggle packing boxes with dancing classes as he swaps the music studio for the ballroom as one of the BBC’s big names on this year’s series of Strictly Come Dancing, which starts this month. 

The Fletchers put the property on the market four months ago, but they have successfully found a buyer with the Rightmove listing which now reads: ‘Sold Subject to Contracts.’ 

The stunning Middlesex home boasts four bathrooms, a colourful kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a 46ft wide kitchen diner, bi-fold doors into the back garden, CCTV for security, a music room, an indoor cinema room and heated oak flooring.

Tom snapped up the mansion in at the height of his pop rock band McFly heyday. He got engaged to Giovanna – sister of The Only Way is Essex’s Mario Falcone – in 2011 and they wed a year later. 

She won I’m a Celeb last December at Gwrych Castle in north Wales.

The couple are believed to be worth about £10million. He sold 10million records worldwide with the band – which formed in 2003 – and she has carved out a successful career as an author.

The pad has been on the market with Savills. The property listing reads: ‘Originally built by Octagon Developments, and forming part of a select gated community of only eight houses, it is enviably located backing onto greenbelt land with fine far reaching views.

‘The property has been extended and improved by the present owners and now offers an exceptional family living space to the rear.

‘On the other side of the hallway is a study with fitted bookshelf, bay window and plantation shutters. The main living space is located to the rear and features a painted wooden kitchen with marble work surfaces, a fantastic island unit with breakfast bar and butler sink.
