The 23-year-old defender is accused of getting behind the wheel of his 4×4 supercar on the A34 in Stockport, Greater Manchester, on June 23

Wan-Bissaka was ready for the cold weather when he arrived at court wrapped up in a huge jacket and hat.

The highest punishment for driving while disqualified is six months in prison, but it can also be subject to a community order.

Wan-Bissaka joined United from Crystal Palace for £50million in 2019. He has also made appearances for England at U20 and U21 level.

United have recently been linked with other defenders who could put Wan-Bissaka’s place in the side under threat.

But he told the Players’ Tribune last month that Old Trafford was his ‘home’.

He said: ‘The feeling of 70,000 cheering you make a tackle, singing your name is * honestly, I can’t put it into words.

‘The only way I can describe it is to say, I feel like I’ve made it.

‘I feel like I’m home.’
