Katie Price‘s fiance Carl Woods has been charged with using threatening and abusive behaviour.
A man was arrested after the reality star, 42, was allegedly punched in the face at her home in Essex last year.
Police were called to the former glamour model’s home at around 1.30am on August 23, where a man was arrested on suspicion of assault, theft and coercive and controlling behaviour.
Ms Price was taken to hospital and was pictured the following day with bruises to her face and an injured lip.
Today, police confirmed Mr Woods, 33, was charged under Section 4 of the Public Order Act.
He is due to appear at Colchester Magistrates Court on March 10.
