A busy mum-of-two has revealed exactly how she gets stubborn stains out of her laundry using three ‘game-changing’ hacks.
Chantel Mila, the mum behind the Mama Mila cleaning page on Instagram, told fans they will never be beaten by food, makeup or ink stains again.
The Melbourne-based homemaker shared her recent tips ‘after being inundated with requests’.
The first cleaning method explained in the viral video promises to banish annoying makeup or fake tan stains from clothes.
In the video she combines dishwasher liquid with micellar water and pours them onto the troublesome stain.
She then throws the clothing into the machine and ‘washes as usual’.
To remove ink stains, she sprays hairspray directly onto the mark before washing as usual. She says rubbing alcohol also gets rid of ink.

While a keen fan said they ‘soak ink stains them in milk’ which they claim also works.
The third trick appears to Mrs Mila’s favourite, using eucalyptus oil to combat stains left by messy eaters.
‘I use it all the time on my kids clothes to cut through some stubborn food stains,’ she said, adding it also works for getting rid of dust mites.
She showed her fans how to get rid of makeup stains using micellar water and dishwashing soap
She said hair spray or rubbing alcohol gets rid of ink stains from clothes too
‘It can be used as a pre-treater or in the wash too,’ she said.
She also revealed she is working on a DIY ‘pre-treater spray’ to help remove day-to-day stains.
And her fans were impressed some trying the tips within hours of the post going live.
‘I tried the hairspray on vivid marker and it worked a treat,’ one happy mum said.
Others said they had saved the post.
‘I will definitely need this information at some point, shocked I don’t need it now,’ one mum wrote.
