The former reality star praised life in Dubai for allowing her to flaunt her extreme wealth without embarrassment – while in Britain ‘billionaires dress in Marks & Spencer’

‘In Britain we’re taught that if you have money you shouldn’t show it,’ she said. ‘You’re meant to turn your light off at seven and share a bath with your family. Here you turn all your lights on and you put all your jewellery on at once.

‘Any British billionaire is dressed in Marks & Spencer, that’s just what we do. Here, they wear Dolce & Gabbana and so do their children.

‘They’re doing something right the rest of the world hasn’t cottoned on to.’

Described as ‘one of Dubai’s most successful influencers’, the socialite can earn thousands posting Instagram photos promoting swanky hotels, according to the BBC series.

She worked a top personal stylist before entering the public eye with a brief appearance in reality show Ladies of London, which ran in the UK from 2014 to 2017.

Caroline shares Aaron, Zac, and Yasmine with her former husband and Turkish financier Cem Habib – with whom she moved to Dubai with in 2016.

By January 2021, Stanbury announced that they’d gotten engaged during a winter trip to the Himalayas. She shared a sweet clip and several snapshots of the moment Sergio got down on one knee.

The couple originally got married on Mauritius Island in the Indian Ocean on Thursday, November 11, but celebrated with friends and family in Dubai in December last year at the Raffles The Palm Dubai.

The pair’s wedding came as rumours swirlled that Stanbury may be joining the cast of Bravo’s forthcoming series The Real Housewives Of Dubai – confirmed by executive producer Andy Cohen last month.

There are currently 15 international series of the hit show, including Real Housewives of Nairobi, Durban and Cheshire, made by overseas networks, but this will be the first one produced by the Bravo team behind the US programs.

The focus will be on ‘a group of women navigating their relationships, careers and supremely lavish and ultra-wealthy lifestyles in the United Arab Emirates’, but it’s not yet announced who the cast will be.
