Monster Energy has been a sponsor for Jamie Lynn, Britney’s 30-year-old sister who has come under fire for her silence following the hearing – though it was not clear why their father was wearing the Monster hat. Their brother Bryan has also remained silent.
Her father, Jamie, receives a salary of about $16,000 per month plus an extra $2,000 monthly for office space for his role as conservator, according to the New York Times.
He lives in a fifth-wheel trailer parked at a storage facility on the outskirts of the town that also houses much of the memorabilia amassed over her career.
The RV parked on the property appears to be a Dutchmen ‘Denali’ fifth wheel model, which on RV sales websites can go for around $35,000 for late models.

Since the incredible allegations this week in the hearing to request to end her conservatorship, Britney jetted off to Hawaii with longtime boyfriend Sam Asghai after describing the extent of her misery since her father was given almost complete control over her life and reported $60 million fortune in 2008.
The pictures come after the hearing earlier this week in which Britney, 39, gave an impassioned 23 minute speech before Los Angeles Judge Brenda Penny on Wednesday in which she said her parents should have even been jailed for the way they treated her.
Britney’s highly-publicized and contentious relationship with her once-estranged father has become has birthed ‘Free Britney’ movements worldwide among her fans and fellow celebrities concerned for her welfare.
It was revealed during the Wednesday hearing that Britney wants to end the conservatorship and that she has been opposing it quietly for the past seven years.
‘I want this conservatorship to end – I truly believe that this conservatorship is abusive,’ Spears told Judge Penny.
‘I want to be able to get married to my boyfriend and have a baby but the conservatorship told me I can’t do that,’ she continued.
‘I have an IUD (intrauterine device) inside me to prevent me from having a baby. I want to go to a doctor and take it out so I can have a baby but they (the conservatorship) told me no,’ she added.
‘I feel ganged up on and bullied and alone,’ the singer continued.
‘I want changes. I want changes going forward, and I deserve changes. It’s my wish and dream for all of this to end.’

Britney even compared the conservatorship to ‘sex trafficking,’ saying they are, ‘making anyone work against their will, taking all their possessions away credit card, cash, phone, passport.’
She was put on several types of medications including lithium which made her feel ‘drunk,’ adding that her family did nothing and, ‘My dad was all for it.’
‘I cried on the phone to my dad for an hour and he loved every minute of it.
My dad and everyone else who has played a key role in my conservatorship should be in jail,’ she said.
‘They have way too much control. I don’t drink alcohol but I should, considering what they put my heart through,’ Britney added.
The singer also clearly stated to the judge: ‘I want this conservatorship to end – I truly believe that this conservatorship is abusive.’
Britney’s status hearing did not hear any petitions, meaning that a decision on whether to release her from the conservatorship was not requested.
Judge Penny said that she will set a hearing as soon as possible, so that Britney can make that petition.
She was told twice by Judge Penny to slow down after talking too fast, but made it clear she wants the conservatorship to end, immediately.
‘I want to end this conservatorship. I don’t want to be evaluated. I have had enough. I don’t want to be in this stupid conservatorship any more. It’s embarrassing and humiliating. I’m not lying. I just want my life back. It’s been 13 years and it’s enough. I’m done,’ she said.
She was put in a $60,000-a-month treatment facility three years ago, which she initially said publicly that she was happy there, but she admitted in court that was a lie.
‘When I went there they took everything away from me. They watched me change, naked every single day. I sat in a chair for 10 hours a day, seven days a week.
‘I am not happy. I can’t sleep. I’m so angry, I’m insane. I’m scared by people. I don’t trust people,’ she added.
‘The conservatorship should end. What state allows people to say, ‘You can’t spend your money unless you do as we say,’ Spears continued.

After her passionate speech, which Judge Penny called, ‘courageous,’ the singer’s lawyer, Samuel Ingham, said he has not been asked to file a motion to end the conservatorship, but he said if Britney, ‘directs me to file a petition to end the conservatorship, I will do that.’
Judge Penny said she wants to schedule a hearing to discuss the next steps, since there currently is no petition in front of the court.
‘There is no petition before the court. A number of those items that Miss Spears brought before the court, we will be discussing, and they do require petitions,’ said Judge Penny.
Last year, Penny refused a motion to remove Jamie as head of the conservatorship, and appointed financial services company Bessemer Trust to share the duties with him.
Following Britney’s remote appearance in court, Jamie Spears’ legal team released a statement insisting he ‘loves his daughter very much.’
They said: ‘He is sorry to see his daughter suffering and in so much pain. Mr Spears loves his daughter very much.’
Fans have long wondered why Britney has continued to qualify for the two-pronged conservatorship in California, which covers her person and her estate, according to The New York Times.
Conservatorships are typically used as a final effort to help people who cannot care for themselves like people with serious disabilities, mental illness and dementia.
Jamie was only occasionally around for his daughter’s rise to incredible fame and a 2004 court filing obtained by the outlet shows he went to rehab for alcoholism after Britney demanded it.
But Britney herself started struggling by 2007 while headlines speculated on her mental health and substance abuse amid her custody battle over her two young sons.
Jamie was appointed conservator of his daughter and her estate in 2008 just after she was involuntarily taken for psychiatric evaluations over concerns about her mental health and substance abuse.
The New York Times obtained court records before the bombshell hearing on Wednesday, which revealed Britney may have wanted the end the conservatorship as far back as 2014 when her court-appointed lawyer, Samuel D. Ingham III, said in a hearing closed to the public she wanted to explore removing her father as conservator.
On behalf of Britney, Ingham had cited Jamie’s alleged drinking and a ‘shopping list’ of objections to his role as conservator.
In the 2016 documents, an investigator wrote: ‘She articulated she feels the conservatorship has become an oppressive and controlling tool against her. She is ‘sick of being taken advantage of’ and she said she is the one working and earning her money but everyone around her is on her payroll.’
The investigator had determined at the time that it would be best for Britney to remain in the conservatorship because of her ‘complex finances’ and ‘intermittent’ drug issues, The New York Times reported.
Last year, Ingham told the judge that Britney was ‘afraid of her father’ who has faced accusations of physical and verbal abuse.
According to the report, Britney has said her father was ‘obsessed’ with her and wanted to control everything about her – and that she could not even make friends without first getting his approval.
She was also limited to a $2,000 weekly allowance though her father makes about $16,000 per month, plus $2,000 a month for office space rent, as her conservator, according to The New York Times.
Jamie has also been allowed to take a percentage of various deals signed for his daughter including a 2.95% commission for his work on Britney’s successful 2011 Femme Fatale tour and 1.5% of gross revenues from her $138 million Las Vegas residency Piece of Me.’
