Bridgerton hunk Regé-Jean Page will appear on CBeebies Bedtime Stories as a special treat for Mother’s Day
He’s won thousands of fans with his portrayal of the hunky Duke of Hastings.
And Regé-Jean Page is now set to voice the children’s tale on this Sunday’s CBeebies Bedtime Stories as a special treat for Mother’s Day.
The Bridgerton star, 31, will read Rain Before Rainbows during the show which has become a favourite of parents throughout the UK.

Regé-Jean can be seen in a promo snap for the show looking suave in a teal quilted jumper and black trousers.
He will read out a story penned by Smriti Prasadam-Halls which follows a little girl and her fox friend as they travel through stormy times towards light and life.
The book is described as a ‘heartfelt story about courage, change, and moving on’.
As well as Regé-Jean’s appearance, the Bedtime Stories show is set to also feature Felicity Jones, Rang’n’Bone Man and Tom Hardy next week, reports The Mirror.

Tom will reportedly read Somebody Swallowed Stanley on Thursday, which features the empowering line: ‘When we work together… we can overcome diseases, invent amazing new things and make the world a better place.’
Felicity also appeared on the show in February, five months after the birth of her first child, reading The Spaghetti Hunters by Morag Brood.
A host of famous voices have already read the bedtime story, including Strictly’s Oti Mabuse as well as singers Rick Astley and George Ezra.
However it is Tom Hardy who has become a favourite of mums around the country since he first started appearing on CBeebies in 2016.
Since then the Peaky Blinders star’s stories have been requested more than 1.07million times on BBC iPlayer.

While in 2019 former Take That star Robbie Williams – a father of two – enraptured children and parents alike with his reading of Jazz Dog by Marie Voigt.
His appearance followed an equally popular reading by actor Orlando Bloom, who signed up for a reading of We Are Together, by Britta Teckentrup in 2018.
Also in 2018 Sir Elton John, a parent to two boys with husband David Furnish, signed up for a reading The Dog Detectives: Lost in London by Fin and Zoa.
Bedtime Stories has also attracted a host of international stars, with Chris Evans and former Friends star David Schwimmer both signing up to take part.
Regé-Jean’s CBeebies appearance comes after it was reported he’s to star in Netflix‘s new rival to Bond movie in the upcoming action movie The Gray Man.

According to Deadline, he’ll appear alongside Ryan Gosling, 40, and Ana De Armas, 32, in the thriller, which is set to be the ‘biggest-budget film’ in Netflix’s history.
Regé-Jean whose character is yet to be revealed, will also join Billy Bob Thornton, 65, and Alfre Woodard, 68, and Chris Evans, 39.
Taking to Instagram to confirm the news, the Bridgerton star shared a screenshot of the announcement as he added three explanation marks.
With hints of a Bond-inspired story, Deadline reports the thriller will centre around ‘a freelance assassin and former CIA operative Court Gentry (Gosling) as he’s hunted across the globe by Lloyd Hansen (Evans) a former cohort of Gentry’s at the CIA’.
Production for the star-studded Netflix action movie is reportedly set to start in Los Angeles in two weeks time and the movie is said to hav a $200million budget.
The news also comes amid claims the actor has secured a lead role in new adventure film, Dungeon & Dragons. MailOnline contacted Regé-Jean’s representatives and Paramount for comment at the time.
