Megan Barton Hanson was confronted by police on her doorstep on Saturday night.
The former Love Island star, 27, was pictured speaking to two officers outside her Southend home while dressed in a slinky white dress.
Other images taken outside the property revealed several people leaving the house, with some wearing heels and carrying bottles as they stepped outside.
However the blonde beauty’s spokesperson denied she was celebrating her birthday with pals, telling MailOnline: ‘It wasn’t a party. Megan was actually doing a shoot.’

Discussing her birthday on Instagram on Sunday, Megan shared several glamorous shots of her in white lingerie and surrounded by balloon displays and personalised decorations as she seemed to film content for OnlyFans.
Branding for party planners Mimi and Lu events could also be seen in one of the pictures taken outside her home on Saturday, with Megan also tagging the company’s Instagram handle on her social media posts.
A spokesperson for Megan denied she was celebrating her birthday by throwing a gathering for her pals, telling MailOnline: ’It wasn’t a party. Megan was actually doing a shoot.
‘The police knocked on the door and then left again after checking. I think approximately six people left who were the makeup, hair, videographer crew.’

A source had told MailOnline that people were seen arriving at Megan’s home from 6pm.
Police officers are then said to have turned up at the blonde beauty’s door at around 8.45pm and spoken to Megan and another woman.
In pictures taken on Saturday night several people dressed in heels are seen heading out of the building with some carrying bags and some seeming to clutch bottles of alcohol.
It is understood that around 10 people left the house, with police then talking to Megan and the other woman again, while a number of other guests, thought to be another 10, remained inside.
MailOnline has contacted representatives for Essex Police for further comment.

In Southend-on-Sea there are thought to be 49 cases per 100,000 people in the latest week of available data which covers February 24-March 2.
This is below the England average of 59, according to data available on the BBC. The total number of cases to March 6 number at 14,399.
In December, Southend-on-Sea become one of the worst-affected Covid-19 areas in the country after seeing a huge increase in positive cases of coronavirus.
In the week leading to December 23, Southend-on-Sea saw 1,896 new cases and had an infection rate of 1,035.4 per 100,000 people – a massive increase from 699 the previous week.

Elsewhere in the UK on Saturday night, Nottingham police broke up gatherings and handed out fines to those flouting lockdown rules.
Images taken over the weekend revealed several people ignoring the current guidelines on social distancing and partying at homes in the city.
In one snap offers are seen knocking on a door while a number of people are in a kitchen while another picture shows a person covering their head with a black jacket.
Police can hand out fines of £800 for anyone attending a house party of more than 15 people in the UK after new measures were announced in January.

It comes after Megan, who has landed the role as a sex columnist for Vice, shared how she has become a serial dater in lockdown in her first article for the publication.
The Love Island star, who has remained single since her split from Demi Sims, also revealed how she has been blocked from dating app Hinge because ‘it thinks I’m a catfish’.
Megan said: ‘Im a bit of a serial dater. There’ll always be someone on the go, even if it’s just flirty texting, but there’s not much for single people to do right now.
‘We’re still in lockdown and it would be great to have a Netflix partner to watch all these new shows with, plus I’m currently blocked from Hinge because it thinks I’m a catfish.’
Megan admitted while she is happy being single, she does get lonely at times and misses the physical intimacy of having a partner.

Megan advised her readers not to bring up previous relationships on a date and said it was something her ex-girlfriend did which made her feel extremely insecure.
The reality star was presumably talking about her ex Demi Sims, 24, whom she split from in August 2019.
Speaking from experience Megan said how it ‘really ruined my last relationship how much my ex spoke about her exes’.

Megan proudly identifies as bisexual and has had a series of high profile relationships with women including footballer Chelcee Grimes and Demi, who she met on the 2019 series of Celebs Go Dating.
She also publicly dated Love Island co-star Wes Nelson, who she met while starring on series four of the show in 2018.
During a recent Q and A, one fan asked Megan if she would ‘get back with an ex if he moved on during the break up?’
The beauty replied: ‘I’d never recommend getting back with an ex old drama always gets brought up.’
