This is the adorable moment an unusual pair struck up a friendship as an excited dog licks the face of a cow.

Another dog, named Archie, jumps up to see the pair, who are rubbing noses and seem happy to be reunited.
Two-year-old Pablo befriended the calf six months ago and the two recognised each other again when out on a walk.
The video says: ‘They first met about six months ago. Then he went away for three months.
‘Then the calf came back and they remembered each other.’
The adorable video was uploaded by @blainaidmay, who said: ‘The cow lives just down the road from us and we pass it every day when we’re walking to the shop.
‘Pablo loves to jump up on the wall and look at the cows and last year he met that cow when he was just a calf.
‘The cow came over to the wall where Pablo would be and they got closer and started to recognise each other and became friends.

‘And then the cow was gone for a while and one day we were walking past, the day of the video, and the cow was back and they recognised each other.’
The video, posted on TikTok on August 12, 2020, has since went viral and has been viewed more than 2.2million times.
Users have commented on the heartwarming video, which has been liked more than 310k times, calling the friendship ‘adorable’.
