Chatting about it on Instagram, he previously said: ‘I’ve worked so hard on them this year and you can now choose from Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced levels.

‘They’re going to take your fitness to the next level and I really think you’re going to love them. Plus they’ll be LIVE workouts in the app with me every week.’

In a video uploaded to Instagram, the Body Coach explained he was determined to run 5K run in 19 minutes and 30 seconds before the start of 2021.

The fitness star at first admitted he was struggling to beat his best time of 19 minutes 38 seconds – irritatingly close to his goal.

As they warmed up, Mo challenged his pal to cut a massive 38 seconds off his time, despite Joe already improving from his first attempt of 22 minutes 14 seconds.

Joe explained: ‘Today, it’s my final run of 2020. I’ve called in a friend to help set a pace. If I don’t do it today, I am never going to do it.’

Following the challenge, Joe reappeared on screen looking completely knackered and gasping for breath as he revealed he’d managed to cut his time by almost a minute, impressively running 5k in just 18 minutes and 45 seconds.
