Police officers have closed off a field following reports that a teenage boy has been stabbed.
A cordon is in place following a ‘serious incident’ in Emmer Green, near to Reading, Berkshire.
Thames Valley Police have not yet revealed what happened in the incident earlier this evening.
But reports from the scene claim a boy has been stabbed.

Some onlookers say the victim was just 13 years old and his condition is not yet known.
Thames Valley Police said in a statement on Twitter: ‘We are currently on the scene of a serious incident in fields near to St Barnabas Road, Gravel Hill, Emmer Green.
‘Members of the public are asked to please avoid the area while officers deal with the incident.
‘More details will follow.’
